The original CENTURY boxing dummy "Bob XL" offers perfect training opportunities for a variety of different techniques thanks to its large striking surface. The material properties of the vinyl skin is similar to the human body - The punches / kicks are optimally absorbed and look absolutely realistic. Due to the long upper body, the standing punching bag is particularly suitable for kickboxing techniques.

Suitable for any martial art. It is sturdy enough for kickboxing, Muay Thai, karate, taekwondo and other martial arts and its characteristics allow it to be used for tactical training arts such as Jeet Kune Do and Krav Maga.

The new model has a different muscle pattern, a larger CENTURY logo on the belt and smoother pants! Now the BOB upper body can also be purchased separately. So the base can be used in many ways and it is more space-saving.
