This device is designed and intended for attachment to composite foam carpet. It is not designed or intended for use on any other type of flooring.

Note: The hook attachments on the bottom of each piece of equipment must be securely fastened to the carpet. Check that the equipment is securely fastened before each use.

The instructor must determine if additional floor padding is required for cushioning for the level and type of activities being performed in the facility with this equipment.
